Checklist: 7 days waist slimming challenge

Every lady wants an hourglass figure, but are you up for the challenge? This is an intense, no-frills week long challenge that should only be done by veterans. If you really want to see results, try to complete this without cheating!
7-Day waist slimming challenge you should try

For 7 Days:
  • No soda or carbonated drinks.
  • Now or little bread.
  • No pasta
  • No Sweets (Candy, chocolate, cookies, brownies, processed artificial junk foods)
  • No Alcohol
  • No Red Meat
Daily checklist:
  • Glass of citrus juice
  • Drink at least 6 bottles of water.
  • Eat steamed fish or chicken.
  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
  • Get at least a 30-minute workout in.
  • At least 2 hours of waist training exercises.
